Order Below Bail Application
Perused application. Heard both side. The accused Mr.
Pramod Kumar Vijendranath Mishra is charged for offence punishable
under Sections 318(4), 3(5) of BNS. Charge sheet is filed. It appears
from the charge sheet that present accused along with co-accused
cheated the informant to handover his gold chain of 9.50 gram.
According to IO, after the accused has released on bail he has frequently
committed similar offences. Offence is non-bailable. Hence, accused is
not entitled to be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
