Common Order Below Bail Applications
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused Mr.
Hariram Pandy and Mr. Manikandan Gunasekaran are charged for the
offence punishable U/Sec.61(2), 319(2), 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3),
340(2) of the BNS and Sections 66-C and 66-D of Information
Technology Act. Prosecution alleged that, accused have cheated the
informant and misappropriated Rs.5,24,00,000/- by cyber fraud and
misappropriated the said amount. Moreover, prima facie accused have
connection with cyber fraud of Rs.65 crore of approximately 30 persons.
Huge amount involved. Charge sheet is filed. Therefore, the accused are
not entitle to enlarge on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the
following order -
ORDER
1. Applications are rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
