ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is the case of the applicant that he is married. Name of his wife is
Soni Hanumanta Kunchikorve and Nee name is Shamabi Mohammed
Hanif Bebal. He is residing at Transit Camp, Vijay Nagar, Dhobigad,
Mahatma Gandhi Road, Dharavi, VTC, Mumbai. His wife delivered a
female child, on 03.08.2020, who was named as Rakhi Hanumanta
Kunchikorve, at home i.e. 161, Rajiv Nagar, Bazar Road, Near Jain
Temple, Bandra West, Mumbai – 400 050. He is having sufficient
documentary evidence to prove his identity and residence.
3. The birth of child Rakhi Hanumanta Kunchikorve, is not registered.
His request to concerned authorities for registration of her name was
rejected. He is in need of such registration for availing various facilities and
services. Therefore, he prayed to order and direct the respondent to register
the birth of said child.
4. The application is supported by his and his wife's affidavit. Applicant
also filed on record copies of Aadhar Cards of himself and his wife and a
photocopy of follow up card and vaccination to child issued by local
hospital.
5. From the contents of application and evidence produced it is clear
that the applicant delivered a female child, on 03.08.2020, at home, and he
is in need of it for various purposes. Nobody objected to the application
and hence, following order -

b. Respondent Ward Officer, H/West Ward, Bandra, Mumbai, is
herewith directed to register the birth of applicant's daughter named Rakhi
Hanumanta Kunchikorve, as 03.08.2020, in record maintained by him after
payment of necessary fees by the applicant and issue birth certificate
accordingly.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
