Today, accused No. 1 appeared before me and submitted that
he want to voluntarily plead guilt after pleading not guilty earlier. He is
identified by his advocate. The accused is voluntarily pleading guilty.
Hence, the application is allowed.
Heard accused in person. He submitted that lenient view may
be taken as he is only earning member in his family. Considering the
nature of offence, circumstances under which it is committed, antecedents
of the accused & his age, I proceed to pass following order :

O R D E R
1. The accused 1. Subhash Saudhansingh Choudhari is hereby
convicted for the offence under Section 4, 5 of of Bombay
Gambling Act, 1887 and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 200/-
( Rupees Two Hundred only), and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 (Two) days.
2. His bail bonds are forfeited. Cash bail, if any, be credited to
Government.
3. Seized muddemal be preserved for trial of other accused.
4. Case to proceed against accused Nos. 3 and 7.
