ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT-1
1. The present case is initiated on the basis of F.I.R. no.
396/2021 dated 11/05/2021 of Khar Police station for the offences
punishable under sections 324, 427, 504 and 506(II) of the Indian
Penal Code and section 37(1)(a), 135 of the Bombay Police Act.
2. However, in view of order dated 08/12/2025 in Criminal
Writ Petition (WP) no.6438 of 2025 of Hon’ble High Court, C.C.no.
2647/PW/2022 arose out of F.I.R. No.396/2021 is quashed and set
aside. Considering these facts, it is clear that C.C.No.2647/PW/2022
arose out of F.I.R. 396/2021 of Khar Police Station is quashed against
the accused. Therefore, I proceed to pass the following order :
ORDER
1. The accused is discharged.
2. His bail bond stands cancelled.
3. Cash bond, if any, be refunded to the accused.
4. The seized knife be sent to the District Magistrate Gr.
Bomnbay, after appeal period is over. Issue letter to I.O.
accordingly.
5. Proceeding is closed accordingly.
