COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is present today before the Court. Chargesheet is filed on
18.12.2024. Accused is charged for the offence punishable under Sections
309(4)(6), 311 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 37(a)(1) r/w.135 of
Maharashtra Police Act. Offence is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions. The copies of police report and chargesheet have been supplied to
the accused. Case will have to be committed. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. The muddemal be produced as and when directed by the Hon'ble Court
of Sessions.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
4. The officer of Dharavi Police Station, Mumbai be directed to produce
muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Sessions on or before
09.09.2025 positively.

5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case
to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
