COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is not produced before the court today by Jail Authority.
His Ld. Advocate is present. Chargesheet is filed on 08.10.2025. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 111(2), 351(2),
352, 115(2), 3(5), 61(b), 189(1), 189(2), 189(4), 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya
Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and Section 37(a)(1), 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.
Offence is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copy of
police report and chargesheet has been supplied to the accused. Case will
have to be committed. Hence, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. Accused is in Jail, hence he is remanded to Magisterial Custody until
commitment of the case and until the conclusion of trial before the
Court of Session vide Section 232 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita, 2023.
3. The muddemal be produced as and when directed by the Hon'ble
Court of Sessions.
4. The Jail Authorities are directed to produce the accused before the

Court of Session on receiving production warrant from that court in
form No.IV, Chapter XXXIII of the Criminal Manual.
5. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
6. The officer of Dharavi Police Station, Mumbai, be directed to produce
muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Sessions on or before
20.03.2026 positively.
7. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case
to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
