ORDER BELOW EXH. 1
1) Applicant praying for direction to respondent to register
the birth of her daughter namely Vritika. She submitted that, on
11/12/2019 her daughter namely Vritika bornm at Niron Hospital &
Research Center, Kadam Wadi, Off. St. Anthony Street, Next to
Vishwakarma Hall, Kalina, Santacruz (E) Mumbai400098. However,
entry regarding her birth was not taken with the office of respondent.
She requires birth certificate of her daughter. Hence, this application is
filed. Applicant in support of her contention has filed discharge card
and medical papers issued by Niron Hospital & Research Center.
2] Respondent did not dispute that on dated 11/12/2019 the
daughter of the applicant was born and the entry thereto was not taken
in the concerned register. Considering the discharge card and medical
papers issued by Niron Hospital & Research Center filed by the
applicant it appears that the date of the birth of Vritika is correctly
mentioned. Admittedly, after the birth of Vritika the entry thereto was
not taken in the concerned register even after laps of more than 03
years. Therefore, Respondent needs to be directed to take entry
regarding birth of Vritika in the concerned register. Hence, the
following order is passed.
O R D E R
1. Application is allowed.
2. On payment of requisite charges respondent is directed to
take entry regarding the date of birth of Vritika Sunny
Madgunde, as on 11/12/2019 in the concerned register.
