No.1565/2025, BANDRA POLICE STATION Case No.2344/PW/2025 Order Below Bail Application Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is charged for the offence punishable U/Sec.305-A, 331(3) of the BNS. Prosecution alleged that, accused has stolen 01 gram gold zhumaka worth Rs.10,000/- and cash of Rs.12,000/- of the informant. Cash Rs.2,000/- is recovered. According to Ld. A.P.P. accused has committed similar offences. The accused has modus operandi to commit theft. Though, the charge sheet is filed, considering the criminal antecedents of the accused and the nature of offence, it is not safe for public at large to release the accused on bail. Therefore, the accused is not entitle to enlarge on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order - ORDER 1. Application is rejected. 2.
