ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR RETURN OF PROPERTY
IN CR No. 290 of 2022 OF EXCISE FS-I DIVISION
In view of order passed by Hon’ble Sessions Court in Criminal
Revision Application No. 34 of 2023 in CR No. 290 of 2022 of Excise FS-I Division,
dated 17.01.2026, pass following order :-
ORDER
1 The seized auto-rickshaw bearing No. MH-02-EW-3451 be
released in favor of applicant viz. Hiralal Narayan Chandra
Ghosh on his furnishing indemnity bond of र. 3,00,000/-.
2 He shall produce the said auto-rickshaw as and when
required by the Court.
3 Investigation Officer shall obtain photographs of seized
vehicle from all angles for its proper identification in
future and prepared panchanama, which shall be the part

of charge-sheet. The photographs and panchanama shall
be countersigned by the applicant/accused.
4 Investigating officer shall obtained fitness, insurance,
PUC and NOC from Bhagyoday Sahakari Pathsanstha Ltd.
within one month from the release of said rickshaw.
5 Copy to the concerned Excise Division for compliance of
this order.
