Order Below Bail Application
Perused application. Heard Ld. A.P.P. and Ld. Advocate for
the accused. Crime is registered for offence punishable under Section
under Section 8(C) r/w. 20(B) of NDPS Act. It is alleged that the
accused possessed 450 gram Ganja worth Rs.14,500/- for the purpose
of sell. It is recovered from the accused. No purpose will be served by
keeping the accused behind the bar. His presence can be secured by
imposing certain conditions. Hence, accused is entitled to be enlarged
on bail. Accordingly, I pass following order :
ORDER
1. Accused is released on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.20,000/-
(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and on deposit of cash bail of
Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only).
2. Accused to submit his address proof.
3. Accused is directed to attend the Bandra Police Station on every
Monday in between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm till the filing of
charge-sheet or until further order, whichever is earlier.
4. Accused shall not tamper the evidence and shall not pressurize
the prosecution witnesses.
5. Accused shall not leave India without prior permission of the
Court till conclusion of the trial.
6. Accused is directed to remain present each and every date and
in default his bail bonds would automatically forfeit.

7. Accused shall not misuse the liberty.
8. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
