ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. Perused record. Heard Ld. Advocate for the applicant on all the
interim applications, including Application, Exh.22, filed today.
2. Partially heard Ld. Advocate for the Respondent No.1, Mrs. Urmila
Gokul, on interim applications.
3. After hearing both the parties upto above stage and after going
through the record it is noticed that for considering the prayers in the
present matter the pleadings of both the parties, in the previous
proceedings needs to be gone through. Those documents however, not
filed on record. The present claim is based on previous litigation and
reliefs granted therein. Therefore, following order -
ORDER
a. Respondent is directed to file on record the copy of Exh.1, along
with reply/say filed by present applicant and present Respondent No.1, in
DV case bearing C. C. No.93/DV/2015, the pleadings of both the parties
in proceeding pending before Family Court, bearing Petition
No.A2603/2014 and the pleadings of both the parties in DV proceeding
bearing C. C. No.64/DV/2015.
b. The applicant can also file these documents.
c. Matter is adjourned for remaining arguments of respondent and
reply of the present applicant, if any.
