Today, abovesaid accused appeared before me and submitted
that they want to plead guilt. They are identified by their advocate.
Particulars of offence is framed against them, to which they voluntarily
pleaded guilty. Heard accused in person. They submitted that lenient
view may be taken as they are only earning member in his family.
Considering the nature of offence, circumstances under which it is
committed, antecedents of the accused & their age, I proceed to pass
following order :
O R D E R
1. Accused are hereby convicted for the offence under 125 of Bhartiya
Nyay Sanhita and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 3,000/- ( Rupees
Three thousand only) each, and in default of payment of fine, to
suffer simple imprisonment for 20 (twenty) days each.
2. He is hereby convicted for the offence under 125(A) of Bhartiya
Nyay Sanhita and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 3000/- ( Rupees
Three thousand only) each, and in default of payment of fine, to
suffer simple imprisonment for 20 (twenty) days each.
