Today, Deepak Jagannath Dhuri is an authorized person of
complaint company alongwith Ld. Advocate Shri Pradip D. Gavali present
before the court. Complainant has filed application (Exh.4) for permission
to withdraw the case. It is contended therein that, dispute between
accused and complainant is settled out of the court and complainant do
not want to proceed with this case. Hence, prayed for withdrawal
application (Exh.4) kindly be allowed. In view of order passed below
(Exh.4) t he complaint is disposed off, as withdrawn. Accused is acquitted
and his bail bonds, if any stand cancelled.
