COMMITTAL ORDER
The chargesheet is submitted against all accused before this Court by
Sr. Inspector of police, Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai for the alleged
offence mentioned above. Copy of chargesheet is already furnished to all
accused.
The main offence punishable 353 and 332 of IPC alleged against the
accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence, this case
is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/Sec. 209 of Cr. P. C. to
stand trial for the offence U/sec. 323, 336, 353, 332, 143, 147, 149, 188, 269,
270 of IPC r/w. 2, 3, 4 of The Epidemic Diseases Act, 1987 r/w. 51 B of The
Disaster Management Act, 2005 r/w. 11 of The Maharashtra COVID19
Regulations, 2020.
Accused are on bail. They are directed to appear before Hon'ble Court
of Sessions, on 03/03/2023 without fail. Accused are remanded to Judicial
custody during and until the conclusion of the trial.
Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai
forthwith. The Santacruz Police Station, is hereby directed to produce the
Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai as and
when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be intimated
accordingly.
