Perused the record. Heard Ld. Advocate for the applicants/accused
Hamid Khalid Khan and Qamar Hussain Ibrahim Sayed. The application is
not for seeking permission to leave India. Rather, applicants just want
permission for issuance of the passport. Considering this fact and the reasons
assigned there is no hindrance in allowing the application. Therefore,
following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Permission is granted to obtain passport for a period provided by
relevant law.
c. The applicants shall not leave India without prior permission of this
Court.
