COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against the above named
accused before this Court by Sr. Inspector of Police, B.K.C. Police station,
Mumbai, for the alleged offence mentioned above. Copy of Chargesheet
is already furnished to the accused in the Jail.
The main offence punishable U/sec 353 of IPC alleged
against accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
Hence, this case is committed to the court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai,
U/sec. 209 of Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offence U/sec. 353 of IPC
Accused is in Judicial Custody. The Jail Superintendent is
directed to produce the accused before Hon'ble Court of Sessions on
22/12/2022 without fail. Accused be remanded to judicial custody
during, and until the conclusion of, the trial.
Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai forthwith. The B.K.C. Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, be
intimated accordingly.
