REASONS
The accused is produced before the court through video
conference today. Charge is framed against him, to which he voluntarily
pleaded guilty as per the application at EXH.2. Accused is in jail since
03.10.2024. Heard accused in person. He submitted that, lenient view may
be taken as he is the only earning member of his family. Considering the
nature of offence, antecedents of accused, age of accused and the period of

detention already undergone, pass following order :-
ORDER
i) Accused is convicted under section 255(2) of Code of Criminal
Procedure for the offence punishable u/sec. 454 of IPC. He is
sentenced to suffer R.I. for Three (3) months and fine of
Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand), in default to suffer S.I. for Three
(3) days.
ii) Accused is convicted under section 255(2) of Code of Criminal
Procedure for the offence punishable u/sec. 380 of IPC. He is
sentenced to suffer R.I. for Three (3) months.
iii) Both sentence shall run concurrently.
iv) Accused is in jail since 03.10.2024. He is entitled to get benefit
of set off for the period of detention already undergone vide
under section 428 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
v) Seized cash of Rs.3,200/- be returned to it’s original owner,
after due verification.
vi) Copy of this judgment be supplied to accused free of cost
forthwith.
