ORDER BELOW EXH.01 IN LOKADALAT
Today the complainant is present before the panel and
submits that, she do not want to proceed with the case. The offence is
charge against the accused is under section 5, 8 and 21 of the Maternity
Benefit Act,1961 which is compoundable. Therefore, in view of (Exh.11)
to (Exh.14) the case is withdrawn, as compounded. Hence, I proceed to
pass following order.
ORDER
1. In view of order passed below (Exh.-11) to (Exh.-14)
permission granted to withdraw the complaint.
2. The accused are acquitted of the offence punishable
under Section 5, 8 and 21 of the Maternity Benefit
Act,1961.
3. Bail bonds of the accused stands cancelled.
