Order Below Application for Seeking Permission
for Renewal of Passport
Read the application and say given thereon. Investigating Officer has given
no objection to issue NOC for passport. Offences levelled against the accused are bailable.
From the application and say, it appears that applicant has already passport bearing No.R
4961733, which is already expired on 17.09.2018. Considering rival submission of both
sides, it is submitted that, justice would not be defeated if permission for renewal of
passport is granted. The Presence of accused can be secured by imposing stringent
conditions. Therefore, I do not find any reason to reject the application for renewal of
passport. Hence, I proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
Application is allowed.
This court has no objection to renew the passport on condition that, accused
will not leave India without prior permission of this Court.
