ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION, EXH.7
1. Perused record. Heard both the sides.
2. The accused prayed for bail mainly on the ground that she is poor
and innocent. Investigation is over and she is ready to remain abide by the
conditions, if any, imposed, etc. Investigating Officer and Ld. A.P.P.
objected to it stating that there is possibility of tampering and offence is
serious.
3. Accused is in custody since 02.09.2024. Investigation relating to
accused is over and charge sheet already filed. The article stolen already
recovered. Accused is a woman. Offence is triable by this Court itself.
Accused is ready to remain abide by the conditions. The conclusion of
trial will take much time. Considering all these aspects and facts and
circumstances and reasons assigned in the bail application following
order.
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused Smt. Anju Aalvis Tiraki, is released on bail on her
furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. Permission granted to deposit
cash security instead of surety bond.
c. Accused shall furnish her detail address and proof thereof.
