Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Secs.336(2), 319(2), 318(4), 204,
3(5) of the BNS. Offence is non-bailable. There is allegation of cheating
of two gold bangles of 20 gram worth Rs.1,40,000/-. This is fraud of
huge amount. Investigation is not yet over. It is in progress. The record
shows that similar sixteen offences are registered and pending against
the accused. Therefore, considering the nature of offence, the accused is
not entitle to enlarge on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the
following order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
