Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Sec.305-A of the BNS.
Prosecution alleged that, accused has stolen two mobile phones worth
Rs.45,000/- of the informant. One mobile of Rs.10,000/- recovered.
Another mobile needs to be recovered. The record shows that similar
three offences are registered and pending against the accused. The
accused has modus operandi to commit theft. Investigation is not over.
It is in progress. If he is released on bail, he may commit similar
offences and it is not safe for public at large. Therefore, the accused is
not entitle to enlarge on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the
following order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
