it is most respectfuily submitted and prayed on behalf of the
applicant above named as under:
1. That the applicant above named have been arrested by the

above alieged offence and was remanded to judicialcustody

2. That the applicant has nothing to do with the 	alleged

absolutely no purpose.
4. That moreover the investigation is completed and nothing
