Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant
remaining absent since many occasions and even today. Moreover, no
effective steps has been taken on behalf of applicant to comply the
verified copies of purchase receipt of articles, which he is claiming.
Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the case open when
the applicant has failed to prosecute the same in proper perspective. On
13.12.2022, matter is kept for dismissal order. Hence, I find that, this
case can be disposed of. Hence, case is dismissed in default.
