Today, accused appeared before me and submitted that he
wants to plead guilt. He is identified by his advocate. Particulars of
offence is framed against him, to which he voluntarily pleaded guilty.
Heard accused in person. He submitted that lenient view may be taken as
he is only earning member in his family. Considering the nature of
offence, circumstances under which it is committed, antecedents of the
accused & his age, I proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. Accused Bipin Upendra Paswan is hereby convicted for the offence
under Section 279 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to pay fine
of Rs. 1,000/-( Rupees one thousand only), and in default of
payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten) days.
2. He is hereby convicted for the offence under Section 337 of Indian
Penal Code and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 500/-( Rupees Five
Hundred only), and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple
imprisonment for 5 (Five) days.

3. Seized vehicle, if any, be returned to it’s original owner, after due
verification.
