ORDER BELOW (EXH.1) IN LOKADALAT
Today the informant is present before the panel and
submits that, she do not want to proceed with the case. The offence is
charge against accused is under section 420, 406 r/w 34 of Indian Penal
Code, which are compoundable. Therefore, in view of (Exh.2) to
(Exh.5) the case is withdrawn, as compounded. Hence, I proceed to
pass following order.
ORDER
1. In view of order passed below (Exh.-2) to (Exh.-5)
permission granted to withdraw the complaint.
2. All accused are acquitted of the offence punishable
under Section 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal
Code vide Section 320(8) of the Code of Criminal
Procedure.
3. Bail bonds of all accused stands cancelled.
