EXH. 9 Judgment
1. Accused are convicted U.Sec. 331(4) r/w 3 (5) BNS and they are sentenced to suffer R.I. for  five Months each and fine of Rs.2000/- each, in default of payment of fine, he shall undergon further S.I for 10 days each.
2. Accused are convicted U.Sec. 305 r/w 3 (5) BNS and they are sentenced to suffer R.I. for  five Months each .
3. Accused are convicted U.Sec. 112 BNS and they are sentenced to suffer R.I. for  one Months each and fine of Rs. 1000/- each, in default of payment of fine, he shall undergon further S.I for 5 days each.
