Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused Mr.
Dhammaveer Narendra Tantarpandey and Mr. Afroz Shahabuddin
Siddhiqui are charged for the offence punishable U/Secs.61, 319(2),
318(4), 338, 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) of the BNS and Sections 66-C and
66-D of Information Technology Act. Prosecution alleged that, accused
have cheated informant for Rs.43,95,000/-. Amount is huge.
Investigation is not over. It is in progress. Offence is non-bailable.
Therefore, considering the nature of offence, the accused are not entitle
to enlarge on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Applications are rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
