Petition (Criminal) No.627/2023.
3. In view of aforesaid order, matter is transferred to the
court of Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act) Digital Court-03, Patiala
House Courts, New Delhi. The entire proceeding be forwarded to
the Tranferee Court expediciously as per Rule. Order be displayed
on CIS for the knowledge of parties.
