FURTHER ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is contended that applicant is resident of Bandra, Mumbai, and his
mother named as Mrs. Nayereeh Yusuf Shahverdikhani, was died on
07.03.2020, at his home situated at the address mentioned in the
application. Due to inadvertence, the death was not registered with
respondent office. He filed the medical certificate referred her cause of
death as diabetes and old age. Her last rites were performed at Cementry,
Mumbai. He is in need of death certificate for various reasons. Therefore,
present application for issuing direction, for registration of death of the
mother of the applicant.
3. The application is supported by affidavits of applicant and witnesses.
The documents produced i.e. Aadhar card of applicant and deceased,
proves relationship between the parties. The certificate issued by doctor
and local authority and other documents clearly supports the fact of death.
Considering these aspects and the necessity of the certificate expressed by
applicant, I am of the opinion that there is no hindrance in allowing the
application. Therefore, order :
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Respondent is directed to register the death of mother of applicant
named as Mrs. Nayereeh Yusuf Shahverdikhani, as 07.03.2020, in its
record on payment of necessary fees by the applicant and issue death
certificate.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
