1. The present matter is taken on board today in Special Drive for
disposal of petty cases. Perused record. The present prosecution is lodged
in respect of an offence punishable under section 279, 336, 114 of Indian
Penal Code and section 184 of Motor Vehicle Act.
2. The matter is old. The allegations are vague. No offence is made out
even if those allegations accepted as they are, therefore, following order :
ORDER
A. The proceeding stopped under section 258 of Code of Criminal
Procedure.
B. The accused are discharged.
C. Cash surety, if any, deposited shall be refunded to the accused.
