ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO TRAVEL
ABROAD
1. This is an application filed by the applicant/accused –
Jitendra Dattaram Pawar seeking permission to travel abroad i. e.
London from 19.12.2022 to 06.01.2023 to meet his son, who is
presently working in London.
2. The applicant has filed on record verified copies of his
Aadhar card, Passport, Visa, travel itinerary, xerox copies of FIR &
statement alongwith his affidavit.
3. I.O. and Ld. APP have strongly opposed on the ground that
the offence is related to women and serious in nature. Chargesheet is
not filed in this matter. If permission is granted, he may abscond or may
not available for trial. They both prayed for rejection.
4. In these circumstances, no doubt, the investigation is
pending, the accused can be permitted to travel abroad for said period
to meet his son, who is working at London for the period from
19.12.2022 to 06.01.2023. The accused shall file the schedule of travel
before leaving the country. The accused shall also provide/furnish his
address and contact number. Hence, following order :

ORDER
i) Application allowed.
ii) The accused is permitted to travel London, subject to order
of other courts for period from 19.12.2022 to 06.01.2023.
iii) The accused shall inform his address and contact details
in India with proof to the investigating officer of Kherwadi
police station before leaving the country and shall report to
Kherwadi police station on his arrival to India.
iv) The accused shall execute the personal security bond of
Rs.2 Lacs & file copy of passport.
