Order Details: Order Below EX 1 Pdf Text: Case No. 737/N/2018 ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR RECEPTION ORDER UNDER MENTAL HEALTH ACT, 1987. 1] The mentally ill person namely Vimalabai Vijay Durve, age 60 years was brought before this Court by applicant who is her son. After preliminary inquiry done by putting some questions to the ill person and considering medical papers she was forwarded to J.J. Hospital for indoor observation for 10 days. 2] Subsequently mental heath report in regard to the patient has been received. After psychiatric evaluation it is found by mental heath expert that she is suffering from schizophrenia. It is concluded by the expert that the patient requires indoor psychiatric management. Advice of admission to mental hospital is given. 3] On perusal of the above report subsequent to initial inquiry it is established that the person namely Vimalabai Durve requires further indoor medical treatment. Hence, issue reception order authorizing the Medical Superintendent, Regional Mental Hospital, Thane for the same. Sd/ Mumbai. Date : 13/03/2019 (S. R.
