ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT.
1. The applicant viz. Praneet Arora S/o. Sardar Sukhwinder
Singh, who is an accused in C. R. No.49/2023 has prayed for No Objection
for renewal of passport.
2. Ld. APP and Investigating Officer opposed the application and
prayed for rejection.
3. Heard both sides at the length.
4. Perused application. Heard both sides at the length. The
accused/applicant wants No Objection for renewal of passport and
permission to go abroad and for that purpose he seeks permission of this
court. Therefore, for only renewal of passport permission can be granted.
Hence, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. The application is partly allowed.
2. Prayer regarding permission to go aborad is hereby rejected.

3. No objection is granted to the applicant/accused for renewal
of passport for a period of 10 (Ten) years, subject to following
conditions :
(i) The applicant/accused should not flee from the course of
justice.
(ii) The applicant/accused should appear regularly before the
court on the date fixed for hearing of the case.
(iii) The applicant/accused must obtain prior permission of the
court before leaving India, during pendency of the case
against him.
(iv) The applicant/accused to complete necessary formalities and
this permission shall not be deemed to be an alternative to any
rules or regulations or verification, which the applicant/
accused is obliged to comply with.
4. Issue letter accordingly to the concerned authority.
5. In case of breach of above conditions permission will be
treated, as withdrawn.
6. Copy of this order be kept in charge-sheet.
