Perused bail application and say. Heard both side.
2. Accused 1 to 3 are arrested on 14.08.2026 in connection with
C.R. No.77 of 2026 registered with Cyber P.S. (W.R.) for the offence
under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3),338, 340(2) of B.N.S.
and Sections 66, 43, 66(c) and 66(d) of Information Technology Act.
3. Accused are alleged to have committed offence by use of APK
file to commit cyber fraud and duped informant for Rs.15,54,000/-.
Investigation is in progress. Offence is serious, hence, bail is rejected.
