CASE NO.3744/PS/2025 (SHAHU NAGAR POLICE STATION)
ORDER
Accused pleaded guilty. He is informed about the maximum
sentence to be imposed against him. He still maintained his plea.
Satisfied with the plea that he pleaded guilty voluntarily, his plea is
accepted. Considering the nature of offence, following punishment
would be meet ends of justice. Hence, I proceed to pass following
order :
ORDER
1) Accused Jayesh Ravindra Karande is convicted for the offence
punishable under Section 125 of the BNS vide Section 275 of
BNSS and sentenced pay fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand
only) in default of payment of fine he shall undergo further
simple imprisonment for 02 (two) days.
2) Accused is also convicted for the offence punishable under
Section 281 of the BNS vide Section 275 of BNSS and sentenced
pay a fine of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) in default of
payment of fine he shall undergo further simple imprisonment for
01 (one) day.
3) Accused is also convicted for the offence punishable under
Section 185 of the M. V. Act vide Section 275 of BNSS and
sentenced pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand only) in
default of payment of fine he shall undergo further simple
imprisonment for 15 (fifteen) days.
4) All in default imprisonment sentence shall run consecutively.
5) The bail bonds of the accused, if any stands canceled.
