1. The accused Smt. Sarla Pochai Rajaiah has filed the bail
application. Perused application and say filed by Ld. A.P.P. Heard Ld.
A.P.P. None present for accused.
2. The accused is charged for offence punishable under Sections
409 and 420 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that the accused has cheated the
informant and misappropriated Rs.73,99,908/-. Huge amount involved.
Offence is non-bailable. Considering the modus operandi and the nature
of offence and the accused is not entitled to enlarge on bail. Accordingly
I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be sent to accused immediately through
the e-mail of the jail.
