COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused No.1 to 11 are present. They are on bail. The Ld.
Advocate for accused filed pursis (Exh.12) on record and thereby
undertook to remain present on 24/02/2024 before the Hon'ble Sessions
Court. Accused are charged with the offence punishable under section
U/sec. 353, 332, 114, 504, 506(2),34 of Indian Penal Code. The offences
punishable under Section 353 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code are
exclusively triable by the Court of Session. The copies of police report and
other documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The accused are represented

by Lawyer. Hence, considering the nature of the offences, the case will
have to be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session. Hence, the order :-
1. The case be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
2. The accused No.1 to 11 are directed to appear before the Hon'ble
Court of Session on 24/02/2024.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Vakola be directed to
produce muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Session on or before
24/02/2024.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the
case to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
