ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The Complainant appeared with her advocate today. The
Accused is also present. The complainant submitted that she has settled her
grievances with the accused and executed consent terms before Hon'ble
Family Court. The complainant, thus, does not wish to proceed with the
case. The complainant and the accused filed joint application Exh. 04
stating that they have arrived at amicable settlement. The contents of the
application are admitted to both the parties. The complainant does not
wish to proceed in view of mutual compromise. Therefore, the proceeding
will have to be disposed of as compounded as the offence is compoundable.
Accordingly, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The case is disposed off in view of compounding of offence in
accordance with Exh. 04, which shall form part of this order.
2. The accused is acquitted of the offence u/sec. 500 of I.P.C.
3. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, stand cancelled.
4. Case papers be filed.
