Order Below Bail Application
1. The accused has filed the bail application. Perused application
and say filed by Ld. A.P. P. Heard both side.
2. The accused is charged for offence punishable under Sections
305, 331(3), 331(4), 317, 249, 3(5) of the B.N.S. It is alleged that
present accused and other wanted accused have broken the lock of the
house of informant and stolen gold and silver jewelry worth
Rs.9,00,500/-. The value of jewelry is huge. Offence is non-bailable.
Twenty similar offences are pending against present accused. If he
released on bail his presence could not be secured for trial. Considering
the modus operandi and the nature of offence, the accused is not
entitled to enlarge on bail. Accordingly I proceed to pass following
order :
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be sent to accused immediately through
the e-mail of the jail.
