Particulars of offence :
That you accused on 24.10.2018 in the jurisdiction of Khar Police Station at outside
gate of 1008 Mahant Baba Khatwara Saheb Darbar Building Compound, Linking Road,
Khar West, Mumbai placed advertisement Postar/ Banner/Hoardings and contravenes the
provisions of section 3 and 4 of Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Act,
1995 and thereby committed an offence punishable U/sec. 3 and 4 of Maharashtra
Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995 within my cognizance.

Accused voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence with which she has been
charged and requested for leniency. She has also submitted a written application pleading
guilty to the charge. Her plea being voluntarily one, I accept the same and convict her for
the offence with which she has been charged. Considering the nature of the offence, I pass
following order :
ORDER
Accused Hossain Unus Sha, is convicted U/Sec.252 of Cr.P.C. for the offence
punishable U/sec.3 and 4 of Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995
and sentenced to suffer S.I. till rising of the Court and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/ (Rupees
Two Thousand only), in default of payment of fine, accused to suffer S.I. for 20 (Twenty)
days.
Copy of the order be given to the accused free of cost.
