Rs.33,00,000/- under the pretext of giving one room in MHADA Colony,
Ghodpdey, 	Mumbai.

The present case is under investigation. However, no reason
is 	forthcoming 	to deny 	bail 	to 	present 	accused, 	at 	this 	stage. 	The
accused is permanent resident of jurisdiction of this court. Presence of
