ORDER
Accused Mr. Vijaykumar Ramnath Yadav is present before the
Court today. He wanted to plead guilty. He is informed of the maximum
sentence to be imposed against him. He still maintained his plea.
Satisfied with the plea that he pleaded guilty voluntarily, his plea is
accepted. Heard Ld. A.P.P. and Advocate for accused. Considering the
nature of offence, following punishment would be meet ends of justice.
Hence, I proceed to pass following order:
ORDER
1. Accused Mr. Vijaykumar Ramnath Yadav is convicted for the
offence punishable under Section 285 of the B.N.S. vide Section
264 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, and is
sentenced to pay fine of Rs.2,500/-. In default of payment of fine
he shall sentence to suffer imprisonment for three days.
2. The bail bond of the accused, if any stands cancelled.
3. Copy of this order be given to the accused free of cost.
