ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION NO. 3924 of 2022, Exh.4
1. Perused record. Perused say filed by Ld. A.P.P. Heard both the
sides.
2. It is submitted that accused is innocent and investigation relating to
him is over. He is falsely implicated in this case. He is ready to co-operate
with the investigation and conditions, if any, imposed, etc. Ld. A.P.P.
objected to it mainly on the grounds that offence is serious and non-
bailable. Therefore, application shall be rejected.
3. Accused is in custody since 06.08.2022. Investigation relating to
accused is over and charge-sheet is also filed. It is informed that his
mother is seriously ill and admitted in I.C.U. He is the only earning
member of his family. Offence is triable by this Court itself. Accused is
ready to remain abide by the conditions. Considering all these aspects and
facts and circumstances and reasons assigned in the bail application
following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused is released on bail on his furnishing P.B. and S.B. of
Rs.15,000/-. Permission granted to deposit cash security instead of surety
bond.
c. Accused shall furnish his detail address and proofs thereof.
