of India. 	She is well qualified 	and 	was as a Ex- Chief
Manager (HR) in 	ONGC Ahmedabad, India. Hereto

3. One 	Mr 	Jayprakash 	Shivaji Tamore 	of Mahim
of 	2025 	dt:
Mumbai has 	lodged 	FIR 	No. 0218
08/05/2025 being C.C.NO218/2025, with Mahim Police
Station 	Mumbai. The 	offences 	are 	420,409 rlw 34 of
IPC registered 	by 	the Mahim Police station 	against
the Applicant (Accused No 3) and Accused 	nol&2.

2019 	obtained a mutual
divorce from the Accused no 2from the 	Family 	Court
in 	Ahmedabad 	by an order 	dt 	: 	19-2-2019. The
address 	of the 	Accused no 2 is shown as 101, Sankap
Chs Itd, 	Chandkheda, Ahmedabad 	382424 	different
from 	this 	Applicant. Hereto 	annexed 	and 	marked
Exhibit 	Dis a cony of the divorce order dt; 	19-02
2020.
9. The Applicant has two children and they are residing
with 	the Applicant no 2. They are 	both 	now 	major,
married and well established.
10.The Applicant 	is a a lady of discipline, 	hardworking,
with integrity and 	has served as a employee 	in ONGC
Ahmedabad.

12. The 	Applicant is staying separately from theAccused
since 2014, as is 	clear fronm 	the diyorce order.
13. In 	the FIR 	the place of incident is of the year 2016
and 	place 	shown 	as 101, SankalpAvenue, First 	floor
Near Amitbusstation 	Kankheda, Ahmedabad,Gujarat,
which is place of Aceused No2. Whereas 	this Applicant
IS residing separately from the Aceused no 	1since 2014
at G 1602,The Meadows Near VaishnodeviCircle, Adani
Shantigram,S.G.Highway Khodiyar,Adalaj,Daskaro
Ahmedabad, Gujarat 3824219428330337.
the	14..TheApplicant has 	not 	gained 	anything from
alleged 	transaction 	as 	she 	was 	not present 	at 	the
time and place of the transaction.
15.. The Applicant 	transaction is of 	the year 2016 and
the FIR is of 	2025. There is groSs delay, which 	gives
full 	benefit of doubt to this Applicant.
16.The 	facts as per the complainant itself disprove the
prosecution 	Case 	and 	exposes 	the 	lies 	of 	the
complainant.
17. Even 	in 	the FIR 	it 	is stated 	that 	the complainant
gave Rs 50, 000 in cash, 	but 	the 	FIR 	is 	silent as 	to
whom 	the complainant 	gave 	the money. 	There 	is no
name 	mentioned. 	Even 	the 	cheques 	which 	the

complainant alledged to have given is to Aeeused to

18.The 	entire FllRi silent with respect to the role of this
Accusedno 3. 	All 	he alegation of 	money transactions
are 	with respeet toAccused no2.
19..The Applicant 	is 	made a scapegoat 	and she 	is 	infact
a victim 	at the 	hands of Accused 	no 1 and 2.
20.The 	Applicant is 	now 	63years and 	suffering from
various age related 	illnesS.

21.The Applicant has never met the complainant nor had
any dealings with bim. The Applicant 	has 	not gained
anything from 	any such alleged money transactions,
and she is harassed, as 	a pressure tactics 	and it 	has
caused 	mental agony to her.
22, The Applicant is highly respected 	person in thesociety
and 	has a 	sound 	and decent background. A 	false
complaint 	is made 	against 	her 	with malafide and
ulterior motive.
23. In the aforesaid circumstance the Applicant prays for
bail 	as 	she 	is 	innocent 	and 	nothing to do with 	tne
offence.

24.There is no 	criminal antecedent against 	theApplicant
in 	any 	Police Station 	and she 	is 	highly respected 	in
the society.
5The Applicant 	is innocent and nothing to do 	with 	the
said 	offence.
26. TheApplicant 	state that 	she was not at the 	place or
the 	offence when 	the 	complainant alledged 	to have
given any money to the Accused No 	1 and2.
27,The Applicant was 	on 	remand 	on 	31-07- 2025 	by
the concerned 	Mahim Police 	Station and she was in
Police Custody till 04-08-2025 for 	interrogations.
28.The Applicant was interrogated 	for 	two days by the
Mahim Police Officers.
29,The Applicant is ready and willing to co-operate with
the 	Police.The 	concerned Police Station comes 	within
the 	jurisdiction 	of this 	Hon'ble Court 	and 	thus 	this
Hon'ble Court 	has 	absolute 	jurisdiction 	to try 	and
entertain 	and finally 	dispose the 	present application.
30.The Applicant 	has 	not 	filed 	any 	other application 	in
respect 	of 	the 	same 	subject 	in 	this 	court 	or 	any
other 	court 	of 	law 	in 	India. This 	is 	the 	first Bail
Application.
