Order Details: Bail Order Pdf Text: 2 IN THE COURT OF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FIRST CLASS, 12TH COURT, BANDRA, MUMBAI BAIL APPLICATION NOS. 1928, 1965 AND 1970/BA/2026 C.R. No.79 of 2026 of CYBER P.S. (W.R.) COMMON ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATIONS Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused have alleged to have commit offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5), 61(2) of BNS and Sections 43, 66, 66(c) and 66(d) of I.T. Act. 2. Accused alleged to have by use of APK file committed cyber fraud on complainant and thereby duped Rs.10,55,000/-. Today complainant filed a pursis mentioning that he has no objection to release applicants on bail as they have paid him Rs.4,74,750/-. 3. In view of the no objection and the pursis filed by the accused that he will not claim the said amount from the complainant. Hence, by taking lenient view bail is granted on following conditions- ORDER 1. Criminal Bail application Nos. 1928, 1965 and 1970/2026 are allowed. 2. Accused are released on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.25,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only each). 3. All accused shall furnish only one local surety for them in the like amount. 4. Accused shall not make any contact to the informant and shall not indulge in any type of offence. 5. The applicant/Accused shall attend concerned police station till completion of trial as and when called by I.O. for investigation. 6. The applicant/Accused shall submit verified copy of his eAadhar Card as well as other address proof along with his mobile number. -- 1 of 2 -- 2 7. The applicant/Accused is further directed to submit a list of at least three local blood relatives with their detail residential addresses with documentary proof of showing the correctness of the details produced by them. 8. The applicant/Accused is also directed that he and his local sureties should submit copies of at least two documents amongst their respective Passport, PAN Card, eAadhar Card, Electricity Bill, Landline Telephone Bill, Voter I.D. Card issued by the Election Commission of India and Property Tax Register while furnishing the bail. 9. The applicant/Accused shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner and shall not indulge in any type of criminal activity. If it is noticed that he involved in such type of offence the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation for bail. 10. The applicant/Accused shall not change the place of residence without prior intimation to the concerned police station. 11. Any observation made in this order is made only for limited purpose of deciding this bail application and it shall not come in the way of trial during the trial. 12.
