ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The applicant present with her advocate. The applicant filed
application Exh.3 for withdrawal of the application. I asked the applicant
about withdrawal and compromise. The applicant submitted that in view of
Exh.3 she do not want to proceed further against the respondents as matter
is settled amicably outside the Court and she has no grievance against the
respondents. The applicant admitted her signature on Exh.3 and signature is
verified by her advocate. As there is settlement accordingly permission
granted for withdrawal of the application. Accordingly, application is
withdrawn and disposed off. No order of cost.
