Respondent Perused the application which is made under Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Perused the record. Said application is filed on 30.12.2019. First order is passed on the same day. The applicant is absent from 04.03.2022. Hence, a notice for appearance is issued on 19.10.2024 through the concerned police station. The Police Officer has filed notice report dtd. 12.12.2024 stating that, the notice is served on her daughter. The applicant appeared on 12.12.2024 but thereafter, she has again remained absent.
