Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Sec.62, 331(4) of BNS.
Prosecution alleged that, accused has attempted to commit theft by
shop breaking. Multiple similar offences are pending against present
accused. Investigation is not over. It is in progress. Considering the
modus operandi and the nature of offence, the accused is not entitled to
enlarge on bail. Accordingly I proceed to pass following order :
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
